SPECIAL OCCASION DECORATING

Let us help you mark the dates that matter. Choose as many occasions as you’d like—$65 per occasion, per gravesite. Each visit includes artificial flowers, light decorations, light tidying, and before-and-after photos.

FLOWERS & DECORATIONS

We’ll confirm your preferences upfront and handle your selected visits without needing approval for each arrangement. Flowers and colors may vary based on availability and cemetery rules.

Fresh flowers cost extra and must be paid for by the agreed deadline. If upgrade payment isn’t received, we’ll proceed with the agreed artificial flowers and decorations.

Flowers and decorations are yours to keep. Outdoor conditions affect their appearance and lifespan, and fresh flowers naturally wilt. We cannot guarantee lasting condition and are not responsible for theft after placement. Replacement visits are not included.

TIDYING & CLEANUP

We’ll pick up loose leaves, litter, and debris during decorating visits. Deep cleaning, headstone washing, and restoration are not included. Headstone cleaning can be booked separately.

We do not return afterward to remove decorations or clean up. Families must arrange removal according to cemetery rules. Personal items and keepsakes left by family will not be moved or removed.

PAYMENT & SCHEDULING

Complete the form with your occasions, preferred placement deadlines, and decorating preferences. We’ll confirm availability and your total, including any travel fees, before payment.

Full payment is due before your selected service year begins and before visits are booked or supplies purchased.Confirmed, paid occasions cannot be removed or canceled for a refund. Additional occasions may be added for $65 each, subject to availability and advance payment.

Weather or cemetery access may require rescheduling. If we cannot complete a visit or agree on a replacement date, that visit will be refunded.
